The slanting board is a must for all people and especially those with any kind of spinal curvature or pain in their backs. It gently relaxes the body and the spine at a 45 degree incline. We lie on it with the head down and the feet up. This helps the spine to release the nerves that may be pinched and causing pain. It lifts a prolapsed colon back into place. It improves blood flow to the brain and eyes carrying nutrients in and toxins out.
